The local band No Way Out performs high-energy, original punk music throughout North Carolina.

Lead singer and bass player Jonny Clifton has been making music since he got his first drum set at age six. He's a sophomore at West Rowan High School who enjoys extreme sports and writing songs.

Lead guitarist and vocalist Austin Greenwood discovered his passion for guitar-playing as soon as he received his first guitar as a birthday gift. Also a West Rowan sophomore, he plays on the football team.

Josh Cogan, drummer and vocalist, began playing violin at age 3, then later switched to cello. He also plays viola, bass, guitar and piano and composes music. He is a 2006 graduate of East Rowan High School.

No Way Out will be performing at Escape the Daily Grind, 118 N. Main St. Saturday at 8:30 p.m. The show is sponsored by Cut Up and Dye Hair Salon.
