Salisbury Police are investigating an incident in which a motorist used a gun to steal gasoline.

The theft of $47.18 worth of motor fuel occurred around 1 a.m. Sept. 18 at the Country Cupboard, 2010 Statesville Blvd.

* Eutimio Fonseca Ramirez, 47, was charged Sept. 17 with possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance at 849 S. Church St.

* Tywone Lamont McHenry reported two cellphones stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at 1619 N. Main St. Sept. 17.

* Michelle Lynn Deneen reported the Sept. 17 theft of a Weed Wacker valued at $500 from 1408 Walker St.

* Eduardo Manuel Murguia reported someone stole four bottles of perfume valued at $71 from a kiosk in Salisbury Mall, 1935 W. Jake Alexander Blvd., on Sept. 17.

* Sara Elizabeth Trexler, 18, was charged Sept. 18 at 2205 Woodleaf Road with embezzlement of property received by virtue of office/employment. She is accused of taking money from the register at the Coffee Bean in Salisbury Mall, 1935 W. Jake Alexander Blvd.

* Kenneth Nottingham reported the theft of an air sander from the trunk of his vehicle while it was parked at 1439 N. Main St. Sept. 17.

* Michalla Towana Allen, 1423 W. Horah St., reported Sept. 17 that someone had been stealing electricity from her home.

* Terry Beyers Sheffield reported the theft of items from her vehicle while it was parked at 1040 E. Innes St. Sept. 17.

* Richard Lamont Shands reported vandals broke the windshield of his vehicle with a bicycle while it was parked at 839 E. Lafayette St. Sept. 18. Damage totaled $400.

* Tony A. Helms reported vandals damaged his vehicle while it was parked at his 608 Gold Hill Drive home the night of Sept. 17.

* Jennifer Lynne Kimmer reported a burglar broke into 1001 Bringle Ferry Road Sept. 18. Total loss was $1,000.

* Sarah Renee Graham reported items stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at Food Lion, 251 Faith Road, Sept. 18.

* Martha Coble Lassiter reported the Sept. 13 theft of a $150 cellphone from 1625 W. Park Road.

* Three cases of beer valued at $38.47 were stolen from Rushco No. 5, 601 W. Jake Alexander Blvd., Sept. 19.

* David Andrew Hoffman reported he was the victim of an armed robbery Sept. 19 at 602 E. Innes St.

* Ronnie Eugene Parker reported the Sept. 19 theft of his $140 bicycle from the Wal-Mart parking lot at 323 S. Arlington St.

* Johnny Wayne Luckey, 46, 300 E. Cemetery St., was charged Sept. 20 with misdemeanor larceny, communicating threats and second-degree trespassing at Wilco Hess, 500 E. Innes St. He was held under $700 secured bond pending an Oct. 17 trial date.

* Samuel Lee Caldwell Jr., 41, 519 N. Shaver St., was charged Sept. 20 with misdemeanor larceny of a stereo and box cutter, total value $80.10, from Wal-Mart, 323 S. Arlington St. He was held under $500 secured bond pending an Oct. 4 trial date.

* Daniel Cole Allen, 25, 1502 Lakewood Drive, was charged Sept. 19 with a domestic violence protective order violation based on a complaint by Chelsi Baldwin Allen, 2205-4A Woodleaf Road. He was held pending a bond hearing. Trial date is Oct. 6.

* Gregory Stoner Holmes, 39, 138 Ridge Ave., was charged Sept. 19 with assault on a female based on a complaint by Penny Denise Holmes, same address. He was held pending a bond hearing. Trial date is Oct. 30.

* Terry Issac Brown Jr., 22, 706 S. Ellis St., was charged Sept. 19 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer and failing to appear in court at 421 S. Craige St. He was held under $1,500 secured bond pending an Oct. 3 trial date.

* Revia Gossett Jones, 38, was charged Sept. 19 with communicating threats at 825 N. Green St.

* Cimone Patrice Kinsey, 26, 2306 Running Brook Drive, No. 41, Kannapolis, was charged Sept. 19 with simple assault based on a complaint by George Freeman Jones Jr., 2808 Glendale Ave., Kannapolis. Trial date is Oct. 27.

* Clarence Glenn Harris reported items stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at 810 S. Main St. Sept. 14.

* Starlene Ramona Davidson reported she was the victim of a vandalism Sept. 14 at 805 S. Caldwell St.

* A suspected embezzlement on Sept. 9 is under investigation at Sun Trust Bank, 105 S. Avalon Drive.

* Daquilla Shaneal Rankin, 24, 906 Hawkinstown Road, was charged Sept. 16 with possession with intent to sell and deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance, both felonies. She was held under $5,000 secured bond pending a Sept. 19 court appearance.

* Sara Elizabeth Trexler, 18, 2205 Woodleaf Road, No. 2G, was charged Sept. 18 with two counts of felony embezzlement. She was released on a written promise to appear in court Oct. 5.

* Lewis Eric Wilson Jr., 25, 242 N. Crest Lane, Kannapolis, was charged Sept. 18 with two counts of carrying concealed weapons at Woodleaf Lanes, 1811 W. Jake Alexander Blvd. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a Nov. 22 trial date.

* Jacqueline Campbell Pruitt, 42, 270 Duke St., Mocksville, was charged Sept. 18 with simple assault based on a complaint by Elvis Leverne Shields, 410C Grace St. She was held pending a bond hearing. Trial date is Nov. 22.

* Sylvia Givens Breedlove, 52, 120H Clancy Hill Apartments, was charged Sept. 18 with misdemeanor larceny at the Country Cupboard, 2010 Statesville Blvd. She was held under $500 secured bond pending a Nov. 22 trial date.

* Elvis Leverne Shields, 48, 410C Grace St., was charged Sept. 18 with resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer in the emergency room at Rowan Regional Medical Center, 612 Mocksville Ave. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a Nov. 22 trial date.

* Danny Hoss Blaylock 40, 32138 Bell St., Richfield, was charged Sept. 11 with felony possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance following a vehicle stop at 515 E. Innes St. He was held under $1,500 secured bond pending a Sept. 13 court appearance.

* Robin Dale Quick, 21, 39 Knox St., was charged Sept. 11 with injury to personal property based on a complaint by Jesse Frye Folger Jr., 1790 China Grove Road, China Grove. Trial date is Oct. 27.
